G-ATIS Maintenance April 2007 The 7 Year Wing Spar and Tank Inspection The 7 year wing spar inspection which fell due in April. has 2 purposes, the first is to check the spars for corrosion and the second is to replace the pipe which connect the fuel overflow to the fuel tank. Both tasks were completed under the watchful eye of John Eagles. The opportunity was taken to protect G-ATIS with ACF 50

2004 Electrical System Upgrade Malcolm brought the electrical system and instruments up to date in 2004 including fitting a power socket for ground start and battery charging, new power cables from the Battery to the engine, removing redundant equipment from the dashboard and arranging the instruments in a Standard T. Malcolm also fitted a Garmin Pilot196, a Garmin GNS 530 and an FM Immune Bendix king navcom and transponder. This gives G-ATIS 2 Navcoms 2 GPS 2VOR 2 ILS.
